Comprehensive employee evaluation

The first step in our system for supported employment is taken care of by our Human Capital Assessment Centre, which carries out a comprehensive employee evaluation.

At the Centre we evaluate future employee’s skills and competencies based on:

  1. Employer’s requirements (such as the ability to work abroad, in difficult conditions or limitations resulting from a disability)
  2. Job’s requirements (for example the need for an employee to possess specific skills for office work, manufacturing or the services sector)

An interdisciplinary team of psychologists, trainers, diagnosticians and career counselors carries out the evaluation with the use of work samples (see pictures on the main tab ‘Employer’).

The comprehensive evaluation of an employee’s skills and capabilities is based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), recommended and promulgated by the World Health Organization (WHO).

An employee’s evaluation is very useful in defining whether a given individual needs support in entering the job market. If candidates are found to lack certain skills or competencies, we offer them specialized trainings, which allow them to acquire the necessary capabilities.
