1. Will the work be legal?

Yes, our company offers only legal jobs.

2. What form of employment does Vertrapol offer?

We provide our employees with long-term employment contracts with full insurance. We also take care of ZUS social security contributions on your behalf.

3. Do I have to know German?

No, after being selected from our pool of candidates and before going to Germany we organize a German language course for our employees. Of course, if you know German then it’s a big advantage, but we do not require it.

4. Will I receive help in organizing my journey to Germany and in preparing all necessary paperwork?

Of course, our job coordinators and our HR department will help you with both matters.

5. Will I have to organise accommodation by myself?

No, our job coordinators will help you with this process..

6. Will there by anyone in Germany who I can reach out to if a problem arises?

Yes, we are aware of how difficult working abroad can be, which is why our job coordinators are there to support and assist you in anything you need.
