1.4. The Website obtains information about the Website users ("Website Users") and their behaviour in the following way:

(a) through voluntarily entered information by Website Users found in the Website’s electronic forms,

4.3. The processing of personal data of the Website Users referred to in point 4.1 above may take place for the purpose for which data was entered into the Website by the Website User, including:

(a) in order to handle the application, contact or reply to a message sent by the Website User via the contact form available on the Website,
(b) fulfilment by ADO its obligations imposed by the law,
(c) fulfilment by ADO legally justified goals, carried out by ADO or recipients of data, which do not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4.4. The recipients of personal data of the Website Users will be entities cooperating with ADO to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives indicated in point 4.3 above.
4.5. The personal data of the Website Users will be stored only as long as it is allowed for legal and regulatory reasons, and necessary due to the justified goals indicated in point 4.3. above.
4.6. The Website Users have the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify them, limit data processing, the right to transfer data, delete data, the right to raise objections and withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing that had been made on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

4.8. The Website Users have the right to file a complaint to the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 17, 2016.

4.10. Personal data collected by ADO may be made available to appropriate state authorities, upon their request, on the basis of relevant legal provisions.
4.11. ADO will contact the Website User via email or telephone.
4.12. ADO provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by the Website Users, in particular, to prevent accessing them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, and to prevent data loss, damage or destruction.
